Dr. Jin is a renowned leader in international education affairs. She champions exchanges in culture, education, and business with a particular focus on US-Asian educational development. With a passion for building bridges, Dr. Jin has been working with many schools and universities in the US. She has helped forge and strengthen international connections, and provide advice on international education.
Dr. Jin holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry. Prior to founding AIEG, Dr. Jin worked as an educator and a scientist at Emory University and Ohio State University for ten years, published many papers, and presented talks in prestigious international conferences. Dr. Jin was invited as a guest speaker on many topics, including American Colleges with International Reach: How U.S. Education Goes GlobalRecruitment and Retention of Asian Students in American Universities—A Strategic ApproachMore to Asia Than Meets The Eye, and Differences between Asian Culture and Western Culture.

Dr. Jin is a caring, warm-hearted professional who enjoys helping people. She is passionate about creating connections with people from all backgrounds and values learning from different cultures. Dr. Jin is passionate about caring the local community in Georgia and is actively involved in a variety of community service and non-profit organizations. She is the president of the Atlanta Education Association. She served on the advisory board of the World Languages & Cultures for Georgia State University (GSU). Dr. Jin is a founding board member of Atlanta International Charter School, a mentor for the Graduate Program at GSU and Admissions advisor at Emory University.

Sarah is a Georgia native who is passionate about fostering cross-cultural connections and encouraging students to reach their full potential. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in Spanish. She is also certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). In 2019, Sarah worked as an English Instructor in Zhejiang, China through AIEG’s exchange program. Since 2020, she has worked in Atlanta as an English Language Consultant, specializing in providing individual and small group ESL courses for international students.
